Fitting chest piece:

1. Unravel bungees and spread out with center buckle facing front.
2. Press square in center of buckle to release.
3. Put on as you would a front latch brassiere – above or below the breast. For latter option, lengthen shoulder straps.
4. Front buckle will click when apparatus is securely fastened.
Note: For petite to medium body types, the shoulder buckle should lay close to the peak of your shoulder and the chest adjustments will sit closer to your armpit than your center.
Fitting leg bungees:

5. Once chest piece is securely fastened, slip feet through leg bungees (longer bungees).
6. To adjust bungees to proper length hold black plastic “pull tite” on either side.
7. To shorten bungees to proper length, hold black plastic “pull tite” on either side.
8. Pull long side of bungee FIRST, then secure it by pulling short side down so that metal ring touches the “pull-tight”.
9. To lengthen bungees, press center lever on the “pull tite”, while pulling metal ring away from the “pull tite”.
10. Pull long side of bungee to add desired length, then secure bungee in place by pulling short side down so that metal
ring is touching the “pull-tight”. Length can only be changed by pulling bungee through one side at a time.
“Pull-tite” so close to the metal ring that you can’t slide the bungee?
If this is the case, press center lever on the “pull tite” itself, while pulling metal ring away from it. Once you have moved metal ring about 2 inches from the “Pull-tite”, follow above directions for bungee adjustment.
Fitting arm bungees:

Put hands in loops of shorter bungee (arm bungees). Extend arms sideways. For a different resistance, adjust as you do leg bungees.
